We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we've made it easy to fix.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel. Just email us at info@calvrane.com with your order number. After that window, your order may already be in production or on its way — and once it ships, cancellation is off the table. You can still return it after delivery.


Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to send something back. No restocking fees, ever.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

We cover it if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product is defective

You cover it if:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color
  • You changed your mind

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@calvrane.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Repack your item securely with all original accessories and tags
  3. Ship it back using the instructions we send in your return authorization email

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.


Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? We've got you. Email info@calvrane.com and we'll sort it out quickly.


Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out at info@calvrane.com with your order number. If the carrier confirms it's lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These are clearly marked on their product pages before you buy.
