A cone-shaded pendant cut from sound-absorbing PET felt, this piece quiets a room while it lights it. The porous felt traps sound waves instead of reflecting them back, trimming echo and reverberation over a table, a desk, or a kitchen island. A built-in 15W LED throws soft, even light straight down, so there is no bulb to buy and no hard glare bouncing off the work surface below.

Three sizes cover most layouts: 13 inches wide by 7.1 inches deep (33 x 18cm) for a desk or bedside, 16.9 by 9.8 inches (43 x 25cm) for a dining table or home office, and 20.9 by 11 inches (53 x 28cm) for a long table or meeting room. Seven felt colours are available - dark gray, light gray, sky blue, apple green, red, dark brown, and tangerine - and custom sizes and colours are made to order. Felt tone can vary slightly between batches.

The fixture hardwires through a canopy on an adjustable suspension cord; over a table, hang it roughly 30 to 36 inches above the surface on a standard eight-foot ceiling. It is built for AC 220-240V, so confirm a 120V or 110-240V build before installing in North America, and have a qualified electrician do the work. Rated IP20 for indoor, dry locations. The integrated LED is not user-replaceable and carries a two-year warranty.
