This alabaster angled cone wall sconce is a compact sculptural accent: a tapered shade of natural stone tilted downward from a circular metal backplate, carried on a slim stem with a decorative ball tip. At L 18 × W 23 × H 20 cm (L 7.1″ × W 9.1″ × H 7.9″) it stays small on the wall while still throwing a useful pool of light.

The stone is genuine alabaster, so the veining, mineral markings, clouding, colour tone and illuminated appearance differ from one piece to the next; no two shades match. The downward angle focuses the beam, which makes the piece well suited beside a bed, above a small console, next to a reading chair, or repeated along a hallway. The metal body comes in brass, nickel or black — brass echoes the cream and amber tones in the stone, nickel reads cooler and cleaner, black draws a crisp line against the white shade.

One replaceable E27 bulb is used and is not included; an LED or Edison-style bulb rated for the local supply works, with a warm white 2700–3000K bulb recommended to bring out the translucency. Wiring is hardwired at AC 110–240V, controlled from a compatible wall switch, and dimming is possible with a dimmable bulb and matching dimmer. Install indoors in dry locations only, with clearance from curtains and shelves, and clean with a dry microfibre cloth.
