Shaped like a classic laboratory flask — a narrow neck opening into a rounded shoulder — this travertine flask pendant light is carved from solid stone in a warm yellow tone. It is small and precise at 12 cm / 4.7″ across and 16 cm / 6.3″ tall, which makes it best used in a row of two or three above a kitchen island or a dining table.

Yellow travertine is formed over long spans of geological time through natural physical and chemical change, so the pore structure and colour banding of each shade are entirely its own and outside anyone's control. The stone body directs the glow downward into a focused pool, which suits task areas — an island worktop, a dining surface, a reading nook — better than general room lighting. One E27 LED or Edison bulb is used and is not included.

The pendant is hardwired to a ceiling point at AC 110–240V and is controlled from a common wall switch wired into the supply (switch not included). The 59″ suspension cable can be shortened at installation or lengthened as needed, so drop height can be tuned to counter height or table height. Rated IP20, it is for dry indoor use and should not be exposed to moisture. Certified for North America, Europe, Australia and Saudi Arabia.
